transparent. From the very beginning, we introduced additional measures in all our stores. Every step of the way, we
have adhered to the most reliable sources of information, namely the guidelines provided by the government and the
The announcement from the government has stated that more action needed to be taken. As always, we were ready to take necessary action. In the best interest of both colleagues and customers, we have temporarily closed all stores across the UK.
After closing the stores, we have taken a few days to fully evaluate the situation and consider our next steps. We’ve worked hard to find ways of working which ensure that our colleagues can stay safe, whilst providing our customers with the homeware products they need. In line with our understanding of government guidance, our stores remain closed. However, we have reintroduced home delivery with help from some of the UK's most trusted delivery services so customers will be able to shop a limited range of our more essential homeware products online.
Our priority remains protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues. We have implemented additional cleaning and social distancing measures in our distribution & delivery process for your and our colleague’s safety. And we still endeavour to deliver all products directly to your doorstep within the normal duration of 4-10 days. To our loyal customers, we thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented circumstances and look forward to welcoming you back to our stores. Why are home store + more stores closed?
Following the Government's announcement, we have temporarily closed all of our stores to keep our colleagues and
customers safe and help fight the spread of Covid-19.
Our physical stores will stay closed until the experts tell us it's safe to reopen, and we'll let you know when we're ready to welcome you back.
How do I return something that I bought in store?
As our stores are closed, we are unable to make any refunds at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this
causes. We will extend your product return date by the amount of days that we are closed so you can return any
product purchased in store once we reopen.
Can I still shop online?
You will continue to be able to browse and shop our range via our website, and have items delivered directly to you.
All our deliveries are contact-free. We have reintroduced home delivery with help from some of the UK's’s most
trusted delivery services, which is why we are confident that they're the people to help us get back up and running
Customers will now be able to shop a limited range of our more essential homeware products here online. We’ve made selected items available for delivery and we'll be adding more regularly, so we'll be able to offer you lots more choice in no time.

Will my online order be delayed?
Due to high demand, we expect longer than usual delivery times. Our delivery partners are currently working on schedule, but please be patient. They are working as best they can to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. You will receive a dispatch email when your order is on its way. Although we endeavour to deliver all products directly to your doorstep within 4-10 working days, please note that these are exceptional circumstances and deliveries may take longer.
What if my order is cancelled?
We will let you know by email if we need to cancel your order for any reason, and we’ll tell you what happens next,
