Easy Peasy Flapjacks

RECIPE

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and butter a rectangular baking dish
  2. In a small pan over a medium heat melt together the butter, brown sugar and golden syrup until the butter is melted
  3. Fold the oats into the wet mixture until fully combined
  4. Empty the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes

5.Remove flapjacks from the oven and leave to cool

6.Add the chocolate topping whilst the flapjacks are still in the baking dish

7.Leave to cool and dry

8.Cut into squares and dig in!
